It’s a great way to honour our Australian apple growers and cider makers especially Incy Wincy Cyder who are based in Wollombi.
We are lucky to have the ultra-talented singer-songwriter Joe Mungovan from Wollongong performing on the day.
A scrumptious lunch menu crafted by Rosa using local cider maker, Incy Wincy Cyder will be enjoyed on the day.
